Click Make Purchases/My Forms in the navigation bar.

 

Requests for tuition payments due to 540 on 6/1 must be submitted by 5/25.  Requests submitted after 5/25 will not be processed for submission to 540.  Please click the How Do I... link at the bottom left of this page for additional guidance.

 

All remaining reimbursement requests must be submitted by 6/15.  I will be processing them weekly from now until 6/15.

 

Any account credits remaining after 6/15 will be donated to the general fund.

 

Your booster membership must be paid before any tuition payment requests or reimbursement requests can be processed.
